Offering Acupuncture, Massage, Health Education, Botanical Medicine and more!

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the best known of the many modalities of East Asian Medicine and is an effective way to relax tight muscles and resolve pain, inflammation and encourage balance of the body and mind. Conditions that commonly respond well to acupuncture include: acute and chronic pain of the neck, shoulders and back, headaches, joint pain, paralysis, allergies, depression, anxiety, fatigue, high blood pressure, digestive problems, PMS, menstrual irregularities, menopausal symptoms and much more.  Modern acupuncture needles are sterile, disposable and very thin, providing a safe and comfortable experience.  A range of 3-12 treatments is common for lasting effects.  For those with strong aversion to needles, a variety of other non-insertion techniques are offered.

Massage

George provides a variety of forms of massage such as deep tissue and Swedish massage as well as Shiatsu Acupressure and Tui Na.  George brings 18 years of experience as a Massage Therapist to his current practice.

Health Education

George also provides health education including relaxation training, exercise techniques and lifestyle advice, all tailored to your specific needs.

Botanical Medicine

The system of traditional East Asian Medicine is also practiced through dietary advice, most notably, botanical medicine.  This system of herbal and dietary therapy is one of the most comprehensive and sophisticated in the world and continues to be used throughout East Asia today.  George offers a wide range of herbal remedies.
